The executive chairman of Hallmark Cards, Don Hall Jr., joined Royals owner John Sherman, K.C. Mayor Quinton Lucas and Mo. Gov. Mike Kehoe in unveiling a plan for a new Royals ballpark to be built atop the current site of Hallmark Card’s corporate HQ.
