An Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer fatally shot a motorist in Minneapolis on Wed., Jan. 7, in an apparent attempt to detain, but when she slowly began to drive away, one officer tried to open her driver’s side door, while another drew his pistol and fired point-blank into the SUV. The driver was hit in the head and was declared dead at a nearby hospital.
